1. Complaints made to management regarding failure to inform employees of COVID-19 in the plant, and company refusal to allow quarantine by employees after learning of COVID-19 in their department. 2. Company said it did not have to tell employees about COVID-19, in the plant or even in the department. 3. Employees have to work on the line even after getting tested and being around a COVID-19 positive co-worker. 4. Employees told if they go test, if it is negative, they must come immediately back to work no matter how close they worked with the COVID-19 positive employee. 5. Employees told if they ask questions or talk about COVID-19, they will be disciplined. There is written discipline for employees who mention COVID-19 in the plant and asking questions. Questions were asked after receiving a phone call and a letter from the Michigan Department of Health advising there may have been exposure to COVID-19 at the site.
