1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. 2. Management are falsifying safety and health checklists, including sanitation dates and times as well as employee temperatures and current physical health conditions of employees. 3. The employer mandated employees to take a Covid-19 test inside the open restaurant with customers present, that included the drawing of employee's blood.
