1. An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19 and many other employees have been in contact with the individual. Other employees are working while sick and having symptoms such as coughing, weakness and difficulty breathing. 2. Common surfaces, such as door knobs and equipment, have not been cleaned. 3. The employer is not screening employees prior to entry and is not taking the employees' temperatures. 4. Employees work close together on the assembly line and have a lot of hand to hand contact. Social distancing is not being practiced. 5. Employees are not required to wear face masks.
