1. The employer is allowing employees who are positive with COVID-19 to come to work, which is exposing other employees to the virus. 2. Warehouse employees are operating forklifts and machinery such as carpeting cutting machines while under the influence of alcohol and drugs. This is putting employees at risk of being injured due to the unsafe operation of the equipment. 3. Installers are working with equipment in customers' homes while being drunk and under the influence of drugs.
