The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees by enforcing and maintaining physical/social distancing in the workplace. 2. The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees in that the employer is having employees who tested positive, exhibiting symptoms for COVID-19 to come back to work after being quarantined without a negative test for COVID-19. 3. The employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees in that the employer did not clean/sanitize the facility after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 15
