An employee notified employer that they had tested positive for Covid 19. Employer did not inform employees as soon as possible that were possible close contacts in order for quarantine, testing, and return to work protocols be followed. At least three people have tested positive for COVID-19 and COVID-19 protocols are not always being followed.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
