1. Materials are not properly stored on the shelving racks throughout the warehouse. Boxes have fallen off the racks. Broken pallets are still being used and not taken out of service. 2. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work policy, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, hand sanitizer and employee training. Thirty-two (32) employees have tested positive for COVID-19. 3. Employee are exposed to heat stress while working in the trailers.
