1. The restaurant is not practicing social distancing; they are not marking of table or properly spacing people within the restaurant. 2. Condiments and salt and pepper shakers are left on the tables. 3. All menus are made of materials that are non-disposable and are not sanitized immediately after use. 4. Employees are not wearing gloves. 5.
