'- The below wing ramp agent "ready rooms" are very unsanitary. They are not deep cleaned throughout the day. The walls were once white; however, they are now black from dirt and grime. - Over 4 people are in the rooms in the day and evenings because there is not enough space for the employees. People have caught Covid-19 and not said anything because they did not want to lose time off work from being in the "ready rooms". - There is no longer hand sanitizer in the ready rooms. - The locker rooms are also very unsanitary. The floors, walls and lockers are extremely dirty. Old clothes, shoes, and food remain on the floor in the locker room too. - The restrooms are also unsanitary because they are not deep cleaned often with many ramp agents using them downstairs.

stop any further activity with this entity. I found a phone number for the company Subgenix Products in the bottle. 800-609-4174 and called it. The receptionist answered in a foreign language which sounded oriental and I also heard what sounded like Spanish. When I requested an English speaking person to assist, they hung up the phone. I called again with the same results.
