1. Employer has failed to provide electricians with proper clothing to go into electrical panels, gloves, and proper safety glasses. 2. There is several slip hazards from the oil spills on floors, in the robot cells, and different areas within the facility. 3. Dana has failed to provide lock out, tag out and proper gating that can cause dangerous zone within the facility. 4. Hard hats are not provided when exposed to overhead hazards. 5. Air quality within the facility is bad, all fans are blowing with oil and dirty debris in the air or in the workstations. 6. There is no check in from Covid-19 testing or pre-shift check in during all shifts. Mask wearing is not enforced throughout all shifts. False claims on keeping track of the numbers of Covid-19 cases throughout the facility.
