The employer has not implemented a COVID-19 prevention program including good housekeeping practices of regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment. 2. The employer's COVID-19 prevention program is not adequate in that it does not have adequate screening to ensure potentially exposed employees are separated and sent home.
