1. Not allowing for 6-ft of space between customers and therefore staff. Not following 6-ft rules. 2. Pushing capacity. 3. Staff members not enforcing wearing a mask when customers enter, while customers are walking in the building, and when congregating around the bar. 4. Staff members and owners are not keeping their masks on while inside. 5. Staff not wearing masks properly. Kitchen staff have masks hanging down on their neck. 6. Spending part of every shift outside in 70-90 degree weather in the sun, while having to wear a mask that inhibits breathing and causes staff to overheat. 7.
