1. There have been over (40) cases of COVID-19 in the facility during the last two weeks. Employees are being moved from their departments to other departments where there have been positive cases and the employer is not taking the proper measures to protect employees. Employees are not being notified of the cases until about 1 1/2 weeks later. 2. The employer is supposed to have a cleaning crew coming in to clean and sanitize the building, but a crew has never been seen and there is concern that cleaning is not being done. 3. There are no shields on the tables and employees are working closer than six feet apart. 4. No hand sanitizer is available. 5.
