1-Employees have had to provide care to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients and personal protective equipment has not always been available. 2-Employer has not purchased and provided adequate amounts of personal protective equipment including, surgical mask, gowns, gloves, face shields and N95 masks. 3-Employer has told employees to find their own personal protective equipment. 4-Employer has not developed and implemented a infection control program to help minimize spread of COVID-19. 5-Employer is not screening employees and having employees get COVID-19 tested after potential exposure to a COVID-19 patient. 6-Employer is keeping track of positive residents so the employees can be informed. 7-Employer is not recording work related COVID-19 cases on the OSHA 300 log.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 20
