1. The employer continues to discriminate against Bargaining unit/UAW affiliated employees by refusing to discuss working from home, even though all tasks can be performed in a remote capacity. 2. Due to Covid-19 positive cases, entire floors had to be closed for cleaning and employees are informed not to report to work.
