1. The employer is not requiring all employees to wear N95 mask. 2. Employees are exposed to corrosives in bonding materials, however the employer does not have an eyewash station. 3. There are fire extinguishers which have not been serviced or inspected inside the facility. 4. Employees are concerned for their safety during evacuation emergencies due to the exit door being difficult to open. 5. The employer is placing whitening products inside the same refrigerator employees place food in. 6.
