1. Employees are not wearing masks and not practicing 6 foot social distancing. 2. Safety glasses are not worn. 3. The back lot is unsafe with potholes and fork trucks transporting 5000lb bundles of steel across the lot. 4. Fork trucks bring 24 foot steel through a 12 foot door. 5. Overall air quality is poor, back shop exhaust fan does not work. 6. No employee walks on lines and fork truck drivers do not use horns. 7.
