1- Employees are working in the vicinity of COVID-19 positive patients without adequate PPE 2- Employees working in the vicinity of COVID-19 positive patients are using N95 filtering face piece respirators to protect against the spread of airborne infections agents prior to being medically cleared to work while wearing a filtering face peace respirator and fit tested to ensure the respirator has a proper fit and seal. 3- Equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and pulse oximeters are being used on COVID-19 positive patients and non-COVID-19 positive patients prior to cleaning the equipment to prevent the spread of infectious agents
