1) Employees throughout the facility are not alerted when positive Covid-19 cases are found in their work areas. 2) In departments where positive Covid-19 cases are found, there is no sanitization performed at employee workstations or overnight cleaning. 3) PPE such as, but not limited to, masks is not made readily available to employees. 4) Office employees and nurses who interact with the public are not screened at the front door of the building before being allowed into the building. 5) Employees working in the offices are not required to keep a 6ft social distance from each other.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 100
