The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace, in that, 1. The employer does not have a return to work policy for employees who have confirmed case of COVID-19. 2. The employer is pressuring employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 to return to work even though they have not completed their mandatory quarantine. 3. The employer is pressuring employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 to return to work even though they continue to experience symptoms. 4.
