T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(2) Not sanitizing pens, chairs clipboards, etc. T8CCR 3205(c)(3)(B)(3) Staff have tested positive for Covid-19 & management has refused to let staff that are in contact with the positive person know. T8CCR 3205(c)(11) If a positive employee shows no symptoms they allow them to go back to work without being tested again, no applicable standard.
