Supervisors lower their mask to talk to employees due to the noise levels. 2. Employees in the fabrication department are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and the employer does not ensure shared surfaces are cleaned with an EPA approved disinfectant. Employees and supervision have worked when they are ill and the company has not conducted additional cleaning.
