Regulatory Report

1001 Red Hat Road, Decatur, 35601 Alabama, United States

The company is implementing at program where fully vaccinated (COVID) individuals will be given a sticker to display on their badges. Employees with stickers will be able to: with 10 people or less in a gathering that all have stickers do not have to wear a mask; People that do not have a sticker must continue to wear a mask; and if a person without a sticker enters a gathering of those who DO have stickers and have their masks off, everyone must put their masks back on. There have been numerous complaints about this program. (Ask about the safety flag process). Employees have stressed that they are feeling pressured by management to #1- get vaccinated; #2- report their vaccination status to the company; #3- wear a sticker to show their vaccinated status. Many emails have been sent (from PII) to management at the Decatur site directing them to get scheduled to receive the vaccine and ?lead by example? Employees have also stressed that they feel the company is violating HIPPA to which the company (PII- Vice President, Production Operations) responded:?ULA is an employer and not subject to HIPPA?
