1. Employees who are sick are instructed to come in to work. 2. Employees who are confirmed positive with COVID19 are allowed to return to the facility while still experiencing signs and symptoms of COVID19.Employees are not required to monitor themselves for fever and symptoms of COVID and seek a re-evaluation of symptoms if their symptoms reappear. 3. Employees who have been exposed to confirmed COVID19 positive co-workers are required to return to work. Employees are not allowed to quarantine/self isolate after they have been exposed to COVID19 positive coworkers. 4. Employees who develop signs and symptoms of COVID19 while at work are required to stay at work. 5. Medical evaluations and testing are not provided to workers who have been exposed to COVID19 positive coworkers. 6. Employees are not informed when they have been exposed to COVID19 positive coworkers. 7. The facility is not sanitized in a timely manner after workers who have worked in the facility have tested positive for COVID19. The sanitization is delayed a day or two but workers are still required to report.Alleged Hazards: 7, Employees Exposed: 15
