1. Over night shift employees are permitted to work and walk around the store without personal protective equipment such as but not limited to face mask / face covering. 2. Employees tested COVID-19 positive are permitted to come to work exposing other workers to COVID-19. 3. Employees are not notified in a timely matter of a potential indirect and/or direct Covid-19 exposure or encounter.
