1. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Policy and Procedures in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidance. 2. When employees who have been working test positive for COVID-19 there co-workers are not notified nor are they isolated or quarantined in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidance. 3. Area where employees who have been working test positive for COVID-19 have not been adequately cleaned and disinfected in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidance. 4. Employees are performing work where they have to be closer than 6 feet and additional administrative controls are not being provided and used to less potential exposure to CoVID-19 in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidance.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
