1. Employees have received a positive test for COVID-19 and co-workers who worked in close contact have not been informed in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidelines. 2. While employees were waiting for COVID-19 test results they were allowed to work and not isolated or quarantined in accordance with OSHACDC and State giddiness. 3. Employees who have contact COViD-19 while working are not recorded on the OSHA 300. 4. The employer is not doing a deep cleaning in accordance with OSHACDC and State guidelines once it is determined that there have been cases of COVID in the establishment. Employee are being allowed to work in the areas without being deep cleaned and sanitized.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
