Employer has not ensured employees being sent to dental practices to work, are medically evaluated and fit tested for respirators they are required to wear during aerosol generating procedures. Employer has not provided employees that are sent to dental practices to work, training as required by the OSHA standards including the respiratory, personal protective equipment, bloodborne pathogens standards .
