a) Management ignores social distancing requirements while also not wearing masks properly. Management regularly wears masks with nose sticking out or will lift mask, with fingers, to yell at people less than 10 feet away. The manager is aware of the mask protocols, as she instructs staff how to wear theirs properly but does not follow the same guidance. b) On December 24, 2020, management allowed a truck driver to stand in the middle of the office without a mask for over 5 minutes and did not enforce the mandatory mask rule. c) Two 2 people have tested positive for COVID19 in the last week. d) This has been an issue for months.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-04
