1. Employer is not screening employees with Covid-19 symptoms well and is allowing employees with Covid-19 symptoms to work. 2. Employer has failed to notify and quarantine close contacts of employees who have tested positive for Covid-19. 3. Employer does not enforce face coverings on employees. When employees get hot in the kitchen, employees remove their face coverings. 4. There is a lack of social distancing in the kitchen. 5. There is a lack of disinfecting high touched surfaces. 6. The Employer does not provide effective training to employees regarding the employer's Covid-19 policies and procedures on quarantine and wage benefits.
