Employer is not following COVID-19 CDC Guidelines: 1. Employer is not enforcing the mask or face coverings mandates for all employees and customers. 2. Employer is not making reasonable accommodations for an employee to wear a different face covering than a mask when that employee has health conditions that make difficult to wear a face mask. 3. Employer does not provide protection for employees checking out customers to prevent them from coughing on them.

The absolute worst! Product faulty- mis representation and no resolution offered for $50+ dollars spent with pictures of proof and the “best” resolution was $5 is dollars. How is a $5 refund a solution for $50 and an unusable product.
