1. There is no special training provided. 2. The facility is not being cleaned regularly. 3. Employees must fill out a Covid health questionnaire once per week, instead of daily. 4. Employees are not notified when others have tested positive. 5. All employees are required to work in person, even those who have the ability to work remotely. 6. There is a major outbreak in the facility currently, and employees are expected to report to work. 7. Those working in offices are seated in desk cubicles back-to-back, within less than 6 feet. 8. Employees who have family members that are positive cases and are living in the same household (married couples for example) are forced to return to work after neg result but not allowed to quarantine as required. 9. They are not sanitizing after identified cases. 10. The numbers are growing and they are not keeping good record of cases. 11. Their jobs are jeopardized if they do not return to work even when quarantine is required. 12. No social distancing when people are training.
