1. There is a COVID-19 outbreak at the Woodhaven Target among the employees. Over the span of two weeks, March 16th - March 30th) there have been 10 confirmed cases of COVID-19 amongst employees. None of the employees who have worked closely with those who have tested positive are notified so that they can get tested and/or quarantine. Simply, a message is sent out to let the employees know that there is yet another case confirmed, along with the date that the team member was last in the store. 2. The leaders do not ensure that the guests are wearing their masks when they enter the store or the entire time that they are shopping in the store, and employees are not allowed to ask that the guests wear their masks correctly, or at all. This means that many shoppers walk around with their masks hanging off of their ears or around their chin. 3. They do not require the employees to strictly follow the CDC guidelines that have been set forth. The leaders, themselves, remove their masks and wear them incorrectly as they please throughout the store and the back room/ office spaces.
