1. Employees are told to take walk-in clients which violates the appointment-only rule to limit number of people in building and allow for social distancing. 2. Owner has told staff that clients do not have to wear masks once they are seated and that staff doesn't have to wear eye protection/face shield when doing facial service where mask removal is permitted. 3. Owner has also told staff to not wait 10 minutes to properly sanitize between each client, It takes too long. He refuses to add time in computer schedule system to allow for sanitize time. Staff does not properly sanitize the doors, counters, credit card machine, restroom, between clients. 4. Staff does not do temperature checks or answer Covid safety questions prior to opening the shop for the day. 5. Will not provide enough equipment such as disposable masks & capes so that each client may have a clean cape, forcing employees to use the same cape on multiple clients.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-03-25
