1. Several employees (4 known as of 3/22/2021) have tested positive for COVID-19 and management has done nothing about it. Other employees were not notified of who tested positive/if they worked a shift with them (there is no way to stay 6 feet apart in the kitchen of this facility, so anyone who worked the same shift as someone who tested positive had to have been exposed for more than 15 minutes). Management has not clearly notified employees about the positive cases within the restaurant. 2. The restaurant has not closed for a deep cleaning or closed at all. 3. Employees have been encouraged to not self-isolate, and to return to work even when their test results are pending, and are being discriminated against if they don't feel comfortable returning to work. 4. They have not contacted the health department about the issue.
