1. Back in December someone tested positive for Covid-19 which resulted in whole work shift being laid off. Employees were required to get COVID-19 testing, but because the test results did not come back immediately all employees were required to return to work immediately. It was stated that "the test results do not matter so please return to work immediately". 2. Employees who are displaying COVID-19 like symptoms such as headache, fever of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, chills, body aches, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, and who have had a negative COVID test are required to report to work or be written up and given points for missing work. 3. Employees who have been diagnosed by a physician as having COVID-19 are required to report to work or be written up and given points for missing work. 4. Employees are not social distancing or maintaining 6 feet between each other, and furthermore are they are not wearing the proper personal protective equipment. Employees who are wearing a mask have been wearing them just barely over their mouths. 5. Employees are not undergoing a pre-screening health check or having their temperatures taken prior to entering the building.
