1. The building is falling apart. 2. Certain fumes in the building are a hazard as well such as gas. 3. Employees are never tested for COVID-19. 4. Employees temperatures are not taken prior to walking into the building. 5. Several employees eat in the small lunchroom. 6. Some people don't wear masks. 7. Employees are constantly getting sick in the building. 8. The bathrooms from the small lunchroom are shared with the semi truck drivers and dock workers and is filthy. The cleaner does not do a good job. 9. There are no sanitation stations. 10. At least 30 employees have tested positive for COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-22
