1. The employer is not taking the right steps to help protect employees from COVID 19. 2. Employees are supposed to come in and sign their name then write ok next to it if they are not sick. Employees come in without masks, coughing, and sneezing . 3. They are not checking the sign-in book at all. Precautions were not explained to employees and they are not checked for any symptoms. 4.
