1. Employees were exposed to two employees who had COVID-19. 2. No active cleaning of the employees work stations has been done. 3. The work area of the recent COVID positive employee has not been cleaned. 4. The plant hasn't been shut down for cleaning due to the deaths related to COVID-19. The employees may be exposed daily to the virus because of this. 5.
