Regulatory Report
27550 Novi Road, Novi, 48377 Michigan, United States
Air has been out for two weeks and it's been atleast 100 degrees in there. Workers are forced to wear masks for 8.5 hour shifts. After 5 days of this management finally bought 5 small fans for the whole 3 story building and brings around water once maybe twice a day. Water is located on the third floor somewhere that management only has access to. Water needs to be available in all floor so we can get when we need. Most times people are calling off or going home sick leaving people working by themselves and cannot leave register for a break. Bathrooms are clogged up and others are closed off due to covid. Air is bad and is health issue. Escalator along with elevator breaks down all the time. Floors on 1st floor are all tore up due to building shifting. This is not safe especially with covid. You need to come out immediately and access's this situation we have been working in the past two weeks. They claim air will be working Thursday so come before that! I can't believe we haven't notified you sooner. Management has not taken heat exhaustion serious. Many people feel sick and still work because they need a paycheck. We were called back promised extra cleaning, air ventilation things to make us feel safe. It's been horrible and not right. Nobody should have to work like this! Everyone complains of headaches and lightheadedness and sick.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-21
