WSR to combine the following with the hazard description from UPA# 1602652: 2. The employer has expressed via email that while they encourage clients to wear a mask in the door, they will not refuse service to someone who doesn't wear a mask. This puts everyone in the building at risk. The employees and service providers should be required to wear masks at all times. The employer has chosen to leave the decision to the individual employees to refuse service to a client if they are not wearing a mask.
