1. Trailers at the Loading Dock Area are not chocked. 2. Jack stands, for trailers, are not properly used at the Loading Dock Area. 3. The fire extinguishers are blocked by palletized cargo at the Staging Area. 4. Forklift training is not conducted every three years. 5. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, and employee training. COVID-19 guidelines are not followed per the poster around the plant. The use of face covering is not enforced.
