1. On April 14, 2021, an employee notified the employer that they may have COVID-19 and was told to come to work. The employee was later tested and received the results the following day. The employee reported to the employer that the test result was positive for the virus and was required to stay at work. This exposed the other employees that were working in direct contact with the employee. 2. Employees that were exposed to an employee that was positive for COVID-19 were not notified so that they could quarantine and be tested for the virus.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-22
