1. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with unguarded moving parts of machines, in that the employer requires employees to clear jams in packaging machines without the use of control of hazardous energy procedures. 2. Employees are exposed to heat stress hazards, in that temperatures in the workplace approach 100 degrees, employees wear long sleeve jackets, aprons, face shields, and blue jeans and there is inadequate ventilation resulting in employees experiencing heat stress symptoms including dizziness, nausea and two employees who passed out. 3. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, in that the employer requires employees to share personal protective equipment provided to protect against SARS-CoV-2 and the employer provides protective equipment that has not been cleaned and disinfected.
