The employer does not maintain an effective Infectious Disease Preparedness and Prevention Program for Covid-19: 1. There are more than 1200 workers at the facility. Employees refuse to wear masks, and there is no enforcement. 2. Sanitation/cleaning of common areas (lockers, break rooms, restrooms) and equipment is deficient. 3.
