Located at Eunique Beginnings Child Development Center, the employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace in that: 1. The employer is allowing children experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever and vomiting, to remain at daycare, potentially exposing employees to the contraction of COVID-19. The Director is aware the children are symptomatic and are allowing them to remain at daycare. 2. The Director does not wear a face covering at all times within facility, potentially exposing employees to the contraction of COVID-19.
