There have been up to twelve employees that have tested positive for COVID-19. One employee who may have contracted the virus at work has been hospitalized. The employer has not cleaned and disinfected the work place. All employees, who have worked with the COVID-19 positive employees, have not been informed of current quarantine, testing, and return to work protocols.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
