Employer not enforcing social distancing by having employees eat in breakrooms within 6ft. of each other. 4. COVID-19 training is provided but it is spotty. 5. Employees that work nights have less support in building at night. 6. Employees using shared equipment and sanitation supplies are spread thin. 7. Lack of following company routine for COVID-19 measures. 8. Employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 are not following public health advisory.

I have been receiving packages from Fullfillment House, 192 14 Northern Blvd, Flyshing NY 11358 that I did NOT order. They come about every two weeks without an order form, receipt, or description, or even a bill. Inside white envelopes are containers of Keto Pure or Daily Detox
