The employer did not identify, evaluate, and control hazards from COVID-19 in the workplace in the following ways: (a) the employer did not notify employees who were in close contact with employees who tested positive for COVID-19 and/or did not ensure that they were tested and/or quarantined; (b) the employer did not screen employees for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to each shift, did not send sick employees home immediately, and did not actively encourage employees who were sick to stay home; (c) the employer did not ensure that employees wear face coverings in the workplace and that customers in the drive thru also wear masks, and that they were worn properly, over the mouth and nose; (d) the employer did not ensure social distancing among employees where feasible; (e) the employer is not ensuring that shared equipment, such as headsets, is cleaned and disinfected between uses.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-05
