There is no handwashing station or sink for employees to wash their hands in the Microbiology Lab. Biohazard containers have waste in them that is not regularly disposed of. The employer does not have a COVID-19 Response Plan to prevent the spread in the workplace. Employees are not wearing masks in the workplace to prevent the spread of the virus. The employer does not routinely clean commonly touched surfaces to prevent the spread of COVID in the workplace. Employees are not practicing social distancing at 6' to prevent the spread of the virus. PPE is not provide to employees working in the Microbiology Lab. Employees are not quarantined who display signs and symptoms of COVID. They cough and sneeze throughout the workday possibly exposing everyone to COVID.Alleged Hazards: 8, Employees Exposed: 20
